Late delivery and missbehave

My gas distributor is never available on Phone his lines are busy through out working hours non stop. I have been trying to call him from the last three days but could not get to him to register the Gas leak complaint. and thier booking officer told me if u have problem so change to ur gase agency.

I would like some one to take a note of this problem, else consumer court looks like the only resort for me.

Also, Cylinders are not delivered on time committed by this agency, I would rate the services by agency at 2 out of 10 due to the following reasons:

1. They are not at all planned /foresited about mainting stocks just after any state or national holidays,

2. For every thing we have to go the agency,

3. Cylinder deliveries are not done timely,

4. No second cylinders are being given so that we can have back ups when we run out of Gas.
