Complaints on "Indane Gas"

I am a customer of M/s I C P Indane Gas agency, Kalmandapam Palakkad, KERALA . I have received only one cylinder at delivery time (18/4). 6 months ago when I requested to give the one more cylinder, they answered to wait becasuse the at that time the gas was short and since last 6 months they have only one answer, shortage of gas.
