Dear sir,
i want to inform you that i have applieded for gas connection on 17 aug at rani sati gas agency, lakhimpur-kheri and only a connection no. 8068 is given to me by now. the above agency person telling me continiously that the company not supplied the cylenderes for new connection so how can we give you complete connection. when i complainted on mobile ph. to mr. ashish singh, sales officer he not taking this matter seriously and his language was unparliamented. i was very shoked that time that how the company officer talked to the customer? now i am going to take help of 'right to information' law.
