Gas not received

i had booked a cylinder of lpg gas on 10 days before but i havnt received till date. I asked my gas distributor Saravana Gas Agency, 25/19, Gandhi Raod, Kamaraj Nagar, Perungalathur, Chennai 63, they told everytime we sent your gas refil and get it today... like this told past five days. My consumer number is 2147. Concern authority person take action agasint this complint and do needful for the same. Thanks Gurumoorthi
