I have not received the LPG cylinder booked on automated booking system (Ph: 8970024365) on 31/october, booking number being 269423, yet as on 19 / november / 2011.
On checking the status, on the same automated booking system, it came to our notice that it has been cleared from our dealer and cash memo also has been prepared on 05/november, but still we have not yet received the cylinder.
On calling our dealer, INDANE GAS, we were told to wait, and the call was disconnected abruptly.
