I have booked for refill of cylinder on 1st Nov. As per the Gas agency, it should be delivered within 15 days, but its been 23 days still they are saying there is no load. We came to know that they are selling the cylinders in black market.
I dont bother they sell it to others, but need the cylinder on urgent basis as I am facing problem in boiling the milk for my 18 months child in midnight. This is not for the first time, every time when we book the cylinders they are doing so and sometimes the seal will be in broken state when the cylinder is delivered.
Even my mother-in-law booked the cylinder on the same day and they are also facing the same issue.
I tried escalating this issue with all the available no's, but no one is picking the call. Even tried the Area Manager (Lakshmi Narayan), Chennai from 11.55am till now on this number (044-24339238), but no response.
Please treat this issue as urgent and do the needful. Thanks in advance.
