Dealer never pick up the phone for booking the gas

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been constantly trying this Anupama Gas agency, Survey no. 54, Secunderabad Ph. no. 27746526, 27741193 for last 3 days for just booking a refil.

These fellows never pick up the phone when it rings onther wise they keep the receiver off for hours.

I have complaint this issue to the sales office Vanaja at 04027667277 several times but still the same attitude towards customers.

Kindly take strict action against this dealership and the sales officer.
