New connection of gas cylinder booked on 21st may but still not yet received

I had booked for a new gas connection on 21st May b2008 at Maruti Gas Agencies, Welcome colony, Annanagar West Extn, Chennai-101.They said it'll take a few days maybe upto 30-45 days. But now when I enquire, they tell it may take 2 more months. I require a gas connection urgently as it is a basic essential and please see that I get it asap.
