Bad service, delay of supply

Sir,

I'm a LPG consumer with HARSHA AGENCIES (NO:102, PERAMBUR HIGH ROAD, PERAMBUR CHENNAI - 12). Customer no is 26046.The complaint is the cylinder which i book can be used for 28 days, they tell us to book the second cylinder only after 25 days, if i book after 25 days also they are not supplying it properly, the cylinder comes only after 15 days after booking.in between these days i'm not havin sufficient gas for me to cook. Also in my area there are many fastfoods, hotels and stuff.. these people in harsha agency sell the domestic cylinders which have to be supplied only for home purpose to the hotel and fastfood owners in black (i.e they sell the cylinders to them at higher rate without booking and they dnt show these in the accounts). Also if i phone they are not responding .. some of the no's are always out of service.. THE cylinders are not supplied at time ..

I kindly request you to take action against these activities which is followed in harsha agencies chennai
