Non - Delivery of Refill & Poor Response

We have gas connection in my Father's name Victor David customer ID No : 12500 thru Prasana Gas Agencies, Padi. We last booked for refill on 23rd september, but we still didn't received our refill cylinder. while enquiring with company we found that a despatch bill has been given to the delivery man a week ago. When we went to the agency & enquired they are answering abruptly.
