Non delivery of Gas cylende

I have booked a refill gas cylender on 23rd September at NIRANJAN GAS AGENCY, Vidyadhar Nagar, Jaipur (Rajasthan).

They did not deliver it till 11th October despite the verbal assurance by the agency person on my personal visit on 7th October that the cylender will be delivered on 8th oct.

The ordinary consumer suffers and one can see the deliverymens selling the refilled cylenders to the Restaurants and hotels in black.
