I was having an LPG gas connection with M/s Vathsala Agencies, Natesa Nagar, Chennai -92 for 7 years and the consumer number was 25021. I surrendered the cylinders and regulator on 06.10.08 and got the Transfer Voucher. I am still working in Chennai as JTO in BSNL, I have shifted my family to Kumbakonam in anticipation of transfer. But unfortunately, i could not get my transfer, I have decided to leave my family at Kumbakonam. I approached M/s Murugan Agencies for the connection along with T.V. they insisted address proof. How can I get address proof within this short period? Hence, I request that provisional connection may be provided to me and a months time may be given for submitting addressproof. If it is not provided within this period the connection can be withdrawn. Kindly do the needful.
