MY CUSTOMER SERVICE NO. D-5688.I REQUESTED FOR REFILL ON 13.10.2008 AND WAS ALLOTED SERVICE REQUEST NO.68335 BY THE DEALER AND PROMISED TO SEND REFILL WITHIN 2 DAYS BUT NOT SUPPLIED . ON 18.10.2008 WHEN I AGAIN ENQUIRED ABOUT NOT DELIVERY, I WAS TOLD THAT REFILL HAS BEEN SENT TO ME. BUT THIS TOO PROVED A LIE.
ON 19.10.2008 BEING SUNDAY MY SECOND CYLINDER ALSO GOT EXHAUSTED AND MY FAMILY IS LEFT WITH NO HOME FIRE BURNING.I RUSHED TO DEALER'S SHOWROOM BUT FOUND CLOSED BEING SUNDAY
DEALER IS HABITUAL OF EFFECTING DELIVERY AFTER 6-7 DAYS OF BOOKING BUT ISSUES CASH SLIP BEARING THE DATE OF BOOKING THEREBY SHOWING IN THEIR RECORD THAT THEY ARE PROMPTLY DELIVERING THE GAS TO CUSTOMERS ON THE DAY OF BOOKING ITSELF.
KINDLY LOOK INTO AND ADVISE ME THE STEPS YOU HAVE TAKEN FOR REDRESSAL OF MY GRIEVANCE.
