I had applied for a refilled cylinder on 17.10.08 at Surjit Gas Agencies, R K Puram, Sector-6, near Delhi Jal Board, Delhi, Tel - 011-26174488 but the said cylinder is not yet delivered despite of repeated efforts but in vain.
