We have booked the gas cylinder on november 5th in BALAGI GAS agencies, Ambattur. Till date we have not received any cylinder. When telephoned to the agencie no one is responding. Today my mother has telephoned one person from the agencies is replying rubushly and abusing. Is it the way one agenciy should reply. First thing they are not deliverying the cylinder and secondly if we are contacting they are abusing.
