Difficult to reach telephone numbers

We had a problem with a leaking Indane gas cylinder a fortnight ago; we were able to reach our distributor over the phone and they despatched their service technician within a few minutes. He changed the tube, washer on the cylinder, etc and the problem had been solved.

However, on this Saturday, just after closing hours, we started smelling gas again. We checked a few things, however, it is not getting better. We could borrow another cylinder and changed the cylinders; the smell stopped.

On the Monday, we started calling our distributor on the three phones listed on the last bill. The phones are either busy or occasionally a phone rings without any response. We tried the Emergency Service Cell (044 2475 6111) many times to reach it ultimately after 7 hours, but it now belongs to Bharat Gas! We also tried IOC Customer Service Cell (044 2433 9236 or 9246) - here too it was either busy or it rings without any response.

Finally, we sent a person to our distributor to complain and of course we are sure we would get a good service.

The problem is either insufficient phones or people to attend.

Will Indane look a this grave problem (emergency service risking lives and property) and do the needful?
