I, swagata Bhattacharya, consumer noBG1909, applied for change of name of the consumer, my husband late ArCmde Onkar Bhattacharya to mine. Necessary affidavit and papers are all complete and submitted. Iam told it will take a month for the papers to be ready following which only i can apply for the double cylinder. My local gas agency BaghaJatin Gas service, 31 Baroda Avenue, Kol84, could not provide me any explanation for this inordinate time taken. Can you?
