My consumer No.6371. I have booked a gas cylinder from Shanti Indane, Palam Colony, New Delhi on 27.08.2008 and it was delivered to me on 20 or 21.09.2008 after my so many reminders and every time I was assured by them that the man has aready gone with the cylinder at my place. Now, I have again requested for another cylinder on 30.09.08 and a lady picked up the phone and said that I am not entitled for another cylinder till 21 days after the delivery of 1st cylinder and after my request see agreed to deliver the cylinder on 01.10.2008 but till now no cylinder has been delivered to me.
