I received my cylinder yesterday and realised that it was leaking. Since that moment i have been trying to call up my supply agency (Nangloi Gas Service, Nangloi, Delhi) but phones are continuously busy. Even the emergency and the Indane helpline numbers are not being answered.
Once it was attended with auto response system on 25611031 helpline number and complaint no.2 on 24th October'08 was allotted and disconnected thereafter. Since then, it has not been attended. After several trial, I got the number of Mr Kalicharan of this agency at around 8.10 pm and he responded by saying that call tomorrow in the office and lodge your compaint and not to worry. Even I gave him my consumer no. NG23321.
But till now, such as serious leakage problem is not attended.
May I request the concerned autohority to take some concrete steps to solve such problems.
Indane has the worst costumer care and service department.
