Late delivery of LP Gas & not picking the phone for booking

I have booked the cylinder on 24 Sept.2009 to Gyastri Gas Agency of Indane Gas (BhajanPura, Delhi) but cylinder not recd. till date (05.10.09). I am calling to agency regaularly from last 4 days but their ph. no. not responding. Please help us.
