Vide receipt no 8801 dt. 21.03.2009 and delivered it on 24th march by 5.25pm
immediately pointed out the cylinder leakage to the emergency service cell 22263898 and they told us to inform the relevant agency and replace the same immediately. although out of office hours tried their nos long time nobody picked up the phone even tried their mobile number (for booking gas) immediately but no response so sent sms the above status. waited till next day 10am. and explained everything thru phone.
they sent their office after 2hrs and inspected the cylinder and accept the fault and get out signature from the complaint sheet agreed to replace it before evening.
Surprising they never care for others safety although an senior citizen how many times move the cylinder in and out of house?
Please inform them immediately and do the needful or what to do for further delay in this regard.
