Not delivery of cylinde

Dear Sir

I am writting on behalf of Mr. Chhote lal of Bishanpura, Zirakpur Distt Mohalli

we have booked a cylinder in the month of march end. Your distributor comes to deliver a cylinder on sunday after 06:00PM dated 12-04. After 06:00pm all family members gone for a daily walk.

he puts a tag house locked.on monday i call to his office he says tommorow we deliver a cylinder and know till date cylinder is not delivered we have only one cylinder at that time we borrowed a cylinder from our neighbours

please do something
