Indane Gas/LPG
LATE DELIVERY

I am consumer of LPG with M/s. INDANE MAA GAS AGENCY, NO.1 GOVT COLONY, MALDA-732101, WEST BENGAL, of consumer no.2222.This agency has a very rude behaviour with the consumers, i was expecting delivery of LPG on 17/02/09 but in vain, most of the time the delivery is given to me after 5 -6 days of the scheduled time, also the phone line is found busy, one has book for his LPG to the office, otherwise god knows about the phone..This is untolerable for a cosumer to aapproach at the ageency inspite of a phone, moreover they show rudeness while asking for the delivery... kindly do the needful or tell where i can write for complaint to my area sales officer...
