Ooking problem

I am a custor of Nagda Gas Agency, Nagda Jn. M.P. and my custor no.is 1535.I have problem in Booking of LPG cylinder. Agency ask that They book cylinder after 21 days but after 21 day they ask that they book cylinder 21 days after dilivery.they deliver the cylinder 6-7 late.pl.look in to the matter.my cell no.is 9893402100
