I posted compliant on 02 November on this subject, but regret to note that no solution as come out as of now.
I am Indane gas customer, consumer no. 50580 under his authorised distributor M/S Rajasthan Gas, Kota Junction, Kota (Rajasthan). I booked my refil on 14 October (plaese check records) & as of ywt I am to get my refil. Most interesting, I am on regular follow up for my refil and continues with some false & baseless excuses & promises.
The peak of episode of today that on follow up for my refil they confimed that my refil is under delivery & can be delivered any time so I shold at my home to recieve. Whole day I am waiting to welcome his delivery boy but as usual I failed. This is very common problems I face on all most all the times for his services since begining.
My request is not limited to lodge a complain to get my refil but to know what shall I do get out of this mess. I want to change my connection with other gas company to expect for relatively better service. I donot think there is any out other than this.
I would like to ask Indane official to enquire and reply back suiatbly the reason of delay and preventive measures for not to repeate same in future. I donot know wheather I should extruggle to get my answer same as I do to get my refil.
