Delay in delivery

I am a customer of Indane Gas Agency. My consumer No. is 29048. I am residing at No.20A, Sri Ganesh Vista, Veera Sivaji Street, Putlur. My nearest Indane Gas Agency is Jeyal Gas, Tiruvallure. Their telephone nos. are 27665969, 27660462, 27661589 & 27662229. I had booked for cylinder on 1.10.08. My W/L no. is 494. It is nearly a month since I am to receive the cylinder. Whenever I ring up to the above numbers, they are always engaged. I was given to understand that the cylinders are getting misused while delivering the cylinders to the customers. Otherwise why should it take nearly a month to supply the cylinder. I request that necessary action may be taken to supply the cylinder at the earliest and the above delay may be looked into.
