Dear Sir,
As per the reference the above address, we are not able to get the cylinder in time, we booked in time but we coul not get it, every month they have supllied 35 to 40 days for example, lsat month we received gas cyyinder 23-10 then the booking date last month 18.11.2008 they said we could suplly cylinder with in the month at any time, But sofar we are not getting cylinder,
Our Familiy member are very very suffered regrding delay supllying, Without gas we troubled a lot So Kindly inform them and take proper action in this regards.
For youir information still we are not getting cylinder, we do not know they have illegally supply forv other customer. pls veryify and take proper action, we did sofar in proper time booking and Supllying cylinder in not proper time, We tried somany time in the office but there not proper respomse in the office
