Dealy in getting refill cylinder delivery

My customer no 3328 with Mayuri gas agency located at Valsad (Village - Chanvai),

I have booked for LPG gas refill cylinder on 05-08-11 on phone to agency office.

I contacted the gas agency office on 17-08 & 18-08 for inquiring about delivery status, they assured both the day that I will get delivery that day only.

Even today on 19-08-11, I have not got the delivery of gas cylinder.
