Non availability of phone contacts or online booking fecility

Hi,

My cust. ID is 57809 and I wish to make a compliant against my gas agency for not providing a proper booking facility other than personal visit to their desk.

One can hardly get their phone line connected even after trying for hours together. I request you to compel the dealer for provision of online booking facility which will ease our problems of going personally to their office for simple gas cylinder booking purpose.

Hope for a positive response soon in this matter...
