Myself DHANANJOY MANDAL (Consumer no. -14084) is a customer of indane gas
service from the M/S Satyen Gas Service, Station road, Islampur, Uttar Dinajpur, West Bengal, since 10.3. also live at Islampur, U/D. My complaint is about double cylinder booking. I had gone several times in earlier for double cylinder booking since last two years. From the Gas agency informed me every times that there is no scope or chance for double cylinder booking, also informed me in last week (Date, 05.09.2009 Saturday) that there was no order about the double cylinder booking. They are interested in new connection booking.
My second complaint is about the delay of refill gas booking. (I booked for refill 0n 21.7.09 and delivered on 24.8.09 which was more than one month.) I had sent my maid servant for gas booking on 28th August (28.8.09), but, neither booked the gas and informed her it will be booked for refill gas after fifteen (15) days of delivery of previous gas. Lastly I was able to book the gas on 05.09.2009.
Sir/madam, please let me know under “right to information act” is there any rules for refill gas after fifteen (15) days of delivery of previous gas? Also informed me why it was so late for double cylinder gas booking. we the common pupil are helpless with there arguments.
So please kindly take attention and necessary action against M/S Satyen Gas Service, Station road, Islampur, Uttar Dinajpur, about my complain, and I hope for the fast result.
