I have already been through some of the complaints over INDANE GAS SERVICE by SRI PERIYANAYAKI AMMAN INDANE GAS SERVICE, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu.
Yes, we fully agree that this is the worst-ever service while comparing among other Indane outlets. There is still lots of controversies to be settled;
1) BOOKING COMPLAINT: they indeed claim we should wait 25 days for re-booking a cylinder from the despatch. Is this a rule? I am not sure, because, many other outlets accept booking even after 21 days.
2) DELIVERING COMPLAIN: in the same way, they take more than 15 days to deliver the cylinder from the date of booking. So altogether it takes about 45 days lllllloooonnnnngggggggg wait or lag or gap whatever we call.
But this is not the case in other places. Why such a long gap. Atleast, they should answer phones in most times it keeps beeping engaged tones all through the day. So this makes some one of the family members to visit THEM in person and there too they ask us to an HOUR-LONG WAITING.
INDEED PRETTY WORST-EVER SERVICE AMONG INDANE OUTLETS. THEY SHOULD BE WARNED OR PUNISHED FOR THE NASTY SERVICE.
This is not a SINGLE VOICE, but a TOTAL/ETERNAL VOICE & OPINION by people from Tiruppur.
If at all some good "service-oriented" higher officials read this complaint, please take action against them and SAVE TIRUPPUR FAMILIES, so as not to SUFFER for life-time.
If the higher officials don't take action, then only that PERIYANAYAKI AMMAN should give them the right punishment
