Poor response for new connections

Sir I have applied a new gas connection in april in name of Mr. Abbaram S/o Umaramji residing of Agewa Village, Jaitaran, Pali Rajasthan. After around 3 months i have approached to your office through letter but your incharge refused to receive my request letter. Hence I have sent the same through registerd post on today 11th july. I request to sent reply to my letter with proper reason of delay in given time of connection. waiting for ur good relply.
