Dear Sir,

This is siva satheesh residing in west mambalam. I have aplied for New connection in VIR GAS AGENCY on 5th January.

I have been following them for past 5 months. But no proper response from them.

They are forcing me to buy a new gas stove (green Label) from them. But i had already bought a pigeom ISI gas stove which was inspected from them (VIR agency) and certified as good working condition.

I can even buy a new gas stove from them if the rule says that it is must to have indane gas stove. Is it compulsary to have a green lable service to get new connection or it is as trade from

gas agency? I need a clarity on this sir.

No one is responding properly from VIR gas agency. I have been visited them more than 30 times.

They have treated me very badly. Now i am wondering this is the fate for all indian who are paying

a tax regularly like me.

I need a answer for my 5 months hardship and timespent to visit VIR AGENCY.

Please do the needful. Awaiting for your reply.
