Cylindor delivery problem

Sir,

Last month, I had booked a cyllinder with H.N Gas Service jodhpur rajasthan. My consumer number is 27575. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. I request you to please steps some action against H.N gas service.

They also told in future we not book your cylindor.

I have a felling that this is only to encourage black marketing of cylindor (because our bokked cylindor thay give any other person, not enquare about customer ID. )
