Delay in delivery of cooking gas

I am consummer of indane having my customer no. 2086 with M/S SECULAR GAS SERVICE, SECTOR:11, Panchkula, code 52-01-0911.Tel. 0172-2562206, 2585676.As per norms i have to book my refil after 21 days of receiving the filled refil and supply is to be insured by the gas agency in 2-3days. But in these days the gas agency is taking 15days to supply the refil after 21days booking viz i am getting the refil after 36 days. Inspite of double

cylinder connection, i am facing the problem of shortage of cooking gas. Please look in to matter. Thanks.
