DELAYED/NON SUPPLY OF GAS CYLINDERS AND MISBEHAVING BY THE STAFF

Dear Sirs,

I am a customer of Indane Gas. My Consumer No. is 6288. My Distributor is Paruveril Gas Service, Chengannur, Alapuzha. Since last 6 months they are not supplying the gas cylinders in time. I have booked for LPG gas 07.09.2009 till date they have not delivered the gas inspite of the repetitive follow-up with them. Also they are not attending the telephone. If rarely get them on line they are responding with negative attitude. Maximum customers are not satisfied with their service. Also they are black marketing the LPG cylinders to some of the hotels at chengannur and some automobile garrages (for unauthorised filling of the gas in car, auto etc.)

Sir, please look into the matter seriously and take strict action against M/s. Paruveril Gas Agency, ITI Junction, Chengannur.
