Dear Sir/ Madam

I had been to the nearest Indane Gas Agency for a fresh connection. I was shocked to know that, initially they were unwilling to issue me a fresh connection if I don't take the 'Gas chullah' (Stove) from them. Later, when I requested them that I don't need a Gas chullah, I just need a cylinder with a fresh connection. PLEASE LISTEN CAREFULLY- The man at the counter tells me- I'll have to pay Rs. 2100/- but I will be given a cash receipt of Rs. 1625/- . Isn't it shocking? I am still shocked while writing this. They have also asked me to come either between 11am to 2pm, or after 5pm.

Please let me know where do I complaint and get them nabbed red handed. They also refused to give me the telephone number- either of the agency or of their own cell. My cell no. is 9873313731
