Indane LPG Gas
Delay in delivering gas cylinde

Sir/Madam,

Iam an Indane customer at Aloor, Thrissur, Kerala. My cust ID is 2851. I have been associated with TRUELIGHT INDANE SERVICES, XII / 548 B, ALOOR, THRISSUR KERALA, PIN 680683 (Ph no. 2727929, 3091982)

I have booked for a gas cylinder on 21/3 and they gave booking no as 2864 .But till date (27/5 that is 2 months delay!!), they haven't supplied the gas cylinder to home. During this period, we called the agency more than 10 times. They told that they will supply it in 1 week.but they haven't supplied it till now. Sometimes, for hours, they will not pick the phone. please do an immediate action. This is the state of all consumers here. Hoping for a quick action.
