Problem in refilling in cylinde

Dear sir

i am a consumer of parul gas service and my consumer no. is 21353, main problem no response in phone by agency i have booked refilling cylinder before 10 days but no response by the agency. agency phone no asnwer or busyall the time.

please solve my problem.
