Iam from Chennai. We have put new cylinder 3 days ago..its smelling very badly. We have been continuously trying to call all the available telephones.. either the phone keeps on ringing or its engaged.By luck if anyone picks up they say we will send the person. There no use of any emergency phone no. as it is never picked. The service is worst to the core.

I had given a complaint at the IOC service cell nos. 24339236 and 24339246 to one Mr Sanjivani
Also the compalint was given at the Gas Agency nos. 25352935, 25354798 and 25356142.
But all in vain as till no one has turned up.
Who is to be held responsible if any mishap occurs.
I request to authorities to kindly take it seriously.. and ensure that the service person reaches our home before evening... sharp 5 every body will walk away from the office.
This is very disguisting.
Pls take some action immediately.. before we are forced to take some stringent action.
