Indane new gas connection

Dear Sir,

I stay in buxar in bihar. I would like to know is it neccessary to take the gas chula with the cylinder while taking new connection as the agency here is saying that its compulsary to take the chula (burner) and charging Rs 1500 where as the same is available in market just for Rs 500.

I would like to know is it as per the terms of indane that we have to take the whole kit with the cylinder or i can take only cylinder with new connection.

As i feel this agency is make huge profit from it in our area and compelling people to take the same.

Your prompt reply will be highly appreciated so that we can take action against this agency.
