Forcing to buy gas oven

My indane consumer registration no. is sr. no. wb02-148178 of 14.03.06. But since last two years the dealer " Balaji indane" of P.O- Panchokote Raj, Kashipur, W.B. is not giving me connection on the ground that I am not purchasing oven from him
