Careless attitude of the agency against consumer complaints

Dear Sir,

I am a consumer of Indane Cooking Gas (Consumer Number:4852). The outlet agency name is Jyoti Gas Mundakayam. I have a complaint against the agency regarding their careless attitude towards consumer complaints. My cooking gas cylinder was found leaking on 20.09.2009 and I have made a phone call to the agency immediately as there is a high chance of explosion. But the agency is so irresponsible towards this complaint that they have not yet attended this complaint. Our cylinder is still leaking and we are keeping it outside the house out of fear of explosion and fire.

Another complaint regarding the particular agency is that they do not attend phone calls for gas cylinder booking. Because of this people face a lot of difficulties. If they attend the booking calls, they suply cylinders two or three days past the exact date. Because of this people have to wait for them all these days.
