Delay of gas cyclinde

I booked the cyclinder on 24/11/08, but im yet to receive the cyclinder. When i asked they dont respond well, and they say above 40 days only it will be given. How a cyclinder will come for 40 days.??? i have alrday booked a compliant no response.
