As your company is serving for nation. I also feel proud for serving nation, working with public broadcaster (Parsar Bharti of India). I feel cheated when service provided by govt. is enjoyed by individual interest. I am compelled to lodge a complaint against my gas agency M/S RAJ FLAME, My consumer No. is RF 1331 New Delhi -59. When I book my gas with No.1260 on dated 04.10.2008 at 0944 hrs (undelivered till date) & next booking on 21.10.2008.(booking No.4) (undelivered till my booking they took no action. I personally visited the agency where they promised to deliver the cylinder on urgent basis. I register a complaint telephonically on phone No. 23412268.The answer was very positive but in vain, next day I gave reminder to the concerned person, she was her self surprised about my problem, which was solved after action, but what importance agency gave to your officers. It shows the attitude of agency. It seems difficult restore the gas for day to day need if the attitude of agency is not changed also It seems when the agency is not taking care of your officers feedback, the agency didn’t dare. Kindly take necessary action against agency that is spoiling your reputation of Indian oil gas. Thinking positive from your side.
