Non compliance of Home deliver after passing 20 days of booking

Respected Sir,

I have booked my gas cylander though M/S. MONTO GAS AGENCY, NEEMKATHANA ON DT 21th January but after passing a considerable time till date I have not received my gas cylender at my Home. So your honour is requested to please instruct the concerning agency for the same and make an arrangement to deliver me gas cylender immediately.
