I have booked my connection in 05/02 at Aekta gas Services 4, Shoping Centre, Shashtrinagar Naranpura, Ahmedabad Wide Ref No. PRNo B-739058 wide SV No. ak/ahd/16815 alloted consumer no is A-17136Paid all my dues wied Cash Memo No of aekta Gas service wide 003073. Issuing me Domestic GAS consumre Card with all the details.
I have got my two cylinder as well connection and getting regular supply. I have computer Generated Silp of GAS supply to me thorugh Distributer. As well this connection was checked & Verified as according to inden oild circular wide ARM-5.
Mean while i have transfered to Other location and My account is non operation till then. the Compalint is started now
on returning to ahmedabad location after 6 yrs i have visited distributor. Distributor has done a fraud and thus Inden has sacked them. I have then visited inden gas co as well Inden RHO and HO at ahmedabad for my connection resumption. But fail to get answer told to visited two new agency appointed at Narnapura as well at Chandlodia location in ahmedabad.
On Visiting at both location i have found that my name is not available in the list and same was not found in all acorss his database as well.
Facts was shared with Co top official but got revert like " You are not our customer" Told i have two cylinder of yours as well details of my issued cards etc but not belived and not revert.
Since then i have take much follow up but i didn't get any reply.
Requesting to do take up the case to respective so that we can have my connection resume.
