PF Withdrawl

Hi,

I have submitted my PF withdrawl form with my previous company. They have given me the submission receipt also. When i went to PF office in gurgaon after 4 months of submission, i was told that my application is rejected because my PF no. on form is incorrect. My previous company accountant had only filled the PF no. and details and i signed it also. Now i need help as my previous office is saying they have submitted correct PF no. Please help me in getting my PF withdrawl.
