My name is Praveen S Pattanshetti, I worked in India Digital Life Style Distributors Pvt. Ltd.from 02/05 to 31/12 in Bangalore Branch. I have sumbitted my EPF Withdrawl form on 21/08 in Provident Fund Office, Nehru Place New Delhi. Eventhough I hve sent two letters for status enquiry they have not replied me so far and till today I have not received my PF amount, so please help me how to get my money from PF Dept and what is the procedure to take action on them for delay in get my money.
