India flower plaza is a fraud company, they can deliver all the things i.e. inconveniences, headache except your shipment. Whole scenario was like this - after going through the website i had placed a order where i was assured that my shipment will be delivered on the same day but after passing a considerable time my shipment was undelivered, when i have contacted customer care nobody picked up the phone reflecting the unethical behavior.
This company is using Digital signatures for accepting web payments which is an offence under information Act 2000 because this company is making fool by website.
An early action is required against this company so that innocent future buyer will not get trapped under the services of this fraud company.
